Ramón Adillón is responsible for monitoring online reputation and customer satisfaction of the Directory of Accommodation and Hotel Quality at the Central Services of Paradores de Turismo. Ramón has been a member of the Panel of Experts of the World Tourism Organization since 2006, member of the Spanish Association of Hotel Directors since 1993 and Secretary of Skal International Madrid since 2018, and has developed all his professional career in the tourism sector, in diverse functions, both in the hotel sector and in the Public Tourism Administration and since 2008 as a complement to their professional activity, as academic coordinator, teacher and tutor in higher programs in hotel management. He collaborates actively in several initiatives of the development of tools and models of tourism management. In 2021, for the second year, he was included in the list of the 150+ influencers in the Spanish tourism sector drawn up by Sergestur.
