Pedro González Torroba

Pedro González Torroba is a lawyer, economist and doctor of Law. He joined the Madrid City Council by opposition in the body of Town Hall Lawyers of the Madrid City Council where he has held different positions, first in legal advice and later as General Deputy Director of Innovation and later as General Director of Commerce and Madrid Emprende and Counselor of the General Coordination of the Mayor's Office of Madrid. He is currently the General Coordinator of Economy, Commerce, Consumption and Partnership.
He is an associate professor of Administrative Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid and is part of the teaching staff at Deusto Business School.
He is the author of the book “When the City Council makes the competition”, he has published several articles related to public services and the smart city and has participated in several collective works related to Public Administration.
