I am a specialist in communication and consultancy in the field of tourism, and have created and directed the strategy, planning and implementation of new digital ecosystems, campaigns, actions, creation of identity, narrative, content and experiences of destination brands and tourism products such as: Canary Islands’ Tourism, Tourism Board of Croatia, Tourism of Andalusia, Tourism of La Rioja, Basque Country Tourism, SB hotels, Iberostar Hotels, Viajes Iberia, Plan B Viajes Barceló, Iberia...
In recent years, I have specialised in digital strategy for global brands, designing ecosystems which can supply up to 17 countries and 14 different languages, with the impetus of four pillars: CRM, sites, microsites and social media.
My work has been awarded more than 80 national and international prizes at advertising fairs and within the tourism sector over the last three years. They include the 2017 and 2018 Eficacia prizes for the Most Innovative Strategy, also recognized in the Euro Effie Awards 2018.
